«Fernando Menis’ luxury houses represent a unique concept of houses, a unique and different Luxury. They are homes to live in, the place where we daily build the emotion that we call living.

The best example is the architect’s own house, the MM House. A house located in the center of the city of Santa Cruz on the island of Tenerife. This house is probably one of the most awarded in the Canary Islands, includes Manuel Oraá de Arquitectura Award and it was finalist in the FAD Award. “Las Casas de lujo de Fernando Menis suponen un concepto único de Casas, de un lujo único y diferente. Son casas para vivir, el lugar donde construir día a día la emoción que llamamos vivir.
El arquitecto cuando crea una vivienda para vivir, piensa en una que tenga la fuerza de una fortaleza y al mismo tiempo, que proporcione un agradable espacio de estar. Un espacio único, que permite separar lo personal del mundo exterior. Un lugar seguro para vivir.
Los interiores son simples pero a la vez imponentes, dando sensación de estabilidad.
Todas las personas que tienen la oportunidad de vivir, o incluso visitar, una de las casas del arquitecto coinciden que no dejan indiferente a nadie.
El mejor ejemplo es la propia casa del arquitecto, la Casa MM. Una vivienda situada en el centro de la ciudad de Santa Cruz en la Isla de Tenerife. Esta casa es probablemente una de las más premiadas de Canarias, entre ellos ha recibido el premio Manuel Oraá de Arquitectura y fue finalista en los premios FAD. Ha sido publicada en numerosas revistas especializadas como la revista On y la revista Arquitectura Viva.
