Maritime Regeneration and Multifunctional Building in Puerto de la Cruz: The town of Puerto de la Cruz has always been an example in the history of tourism on the Canary Islands as a pioneer in tourism development; It is therefore a mature and well experienced destination that has suffered the consequences of time and, despite its undoubted value, needs a major renovation. Taking advantage of the creation of the new port area, we present a complete regeneration of the whole waterfront, which, together with creation of a multifunctional area around the waterfront allows intervention of a large-scale urban regeneration. According to these needs, the recovery of the original position of the waterline is considered. It disappeared in the 50s and 60s with the construction of a shoulder wall and a huge esplanade with maritime defence purposes. To achieve this, we take advantage of the Canary Islands Seawater Current and a water sheet with a width varying between 25-40 m, linking the sporting use of the port and the performance of nautical activities in a controlled area, which also brings a high added value to the port area. On this recovered coastline area and parallel to this water sheet, the multi-purpose buildings are placed. To create a new focus of economic centrality and urban regeneration the harbour is provided with a number of services that will transform the port area into a whole new economic area. Premios: 2004 1º premio Concurso para la Redacción del Plan Especial de Ordenación del puerto de Puerto de la Cruz 2007 1er Premio Concurso para Proyecto de urbanización del puerto de Puerto de la Cruz Competition for the redaction of the Special Distribution Plan of el Puerto de la Cruz, 2004. 1st. place Idea principal del proyecto: Recuperar la posición original del agua, logrando un reencuentro de la cidudad con el mar, creando un nuevo paisaje urbano entre el mar y el casco histórico. Regeneración Marítima y Edificio Multiusos en el Puerto de la Cruz: El municipio de Puerto de la Cruz ha sido siempre un referente en la historia del turismo en el Archipiélago por ser pionero en su desarrollo turístico; se trata por tanto de un destino maduro que ha sufrido las secuelas del tiempo y que pese a su indudable valor, necesita un importante proceso de renovación. Aprovechando la creación de la nueva zona portuaria se plantea una regeneración completa de todo el frente marítimo, lo que unido a la creación de una zona multiusos en todo el frente costero permite una intervención de regeneración urbana a gran escala. Acorde con este pensamiento, se plantea la recuperación de la posición del agua, que desapareció en los años 50 y 60 con la construcción de un muro espaldón y una enorme explanada para la defensa marítima. Para ello, aprovechando la corriente de Canarias se dispone una lámina de agua marina, con un ancho variable entre 25 a 40 m, vinculándose al uso deportivo del puerto y la realización de actividades náuticas en una zona controlada, y que a su vez dota a la zona portuaria de un gran valor añadido. Tras esta lámina de agua, se sitúan paralelamente las construcciones para la zona multiusos del Puerto, lo que genera una charnela entre la nueva zona portuaria y el casco urbano generando un nuevo foco de centralidad económica y regeneración urbana. Главная идея проекта: восстановление оригинальной, прибрежной линии, осуществляя связь между городом и морем, чтобы создать новый городской пейзаж между побережьем и историческом районом приморского городка. Расположение Пуэрто-де-ла-Крус, Канарские острова, Испания Год постройки / текущее состояние проекта: 2015 –до настоящего момента Основная цель: Формирование многофункционального здания в районе порта, чтобы позволить регенерацию существующего городского пространства, которое, вместе с восстановлением позиции воды, будет способствовать оживлнию экономики Пуэрто-де-ла-Круса. Площадь:: 85.000 м2 Oписание: Город Пуэрто-де-ла-Крус всегда был примером в истории туризма Канарских островов, пионером в развитии туризма; поэтому старая и изжившая из себя, инфраструктура, нуждается в серьезной реконструкции. Благодаря созданию нового портового района, представляем полное восстановление всей набережной, которая вместе с созданием многофункционального района, будет способствовать масштабной городской регенерации. В восстановлении нуждается водопровод, исчезнувший в 50-х и 60-х гг прошлого века из-за строительства стены и огромный эспланады с целями морской обороны.Чтобы добиться этого, мы воспользуемся течением морской воды Канарских островов с шириной колебания от 25-40 м, связывая спортивный порт с производственной зоной в контролируемом районе, что также приносит доход для порта. В этой области побережья и параллельно с этим водопроводoм, будут размещены многофункциональные здания. Чтобы создать новый центр с экономической, центральной и городской регенерацией, гавань будет снабжена многими услугами, которые будут трансформировать территорию порта в новую экономическую область.
