En primera linea de playa en uno de los primeros destinos turísticos de Europa, la parcela del proyecto, situada dentro del complejo turístico “Golf Sur”, disfruta de unas magníficas vistas hacia el mar. Se diseña un complejo de apartamentos turísticos que se adaptan a la topografía del lugar.

Los materiales utilizados son materiales tradicionales del lugar que encontramos en todas las plantaciones de plataneras del sur de la isla de Tenerife, adaptados a las necesidades del proyecto. Los muros entre apartamentos son de roca de las cenizas del volcán, tan abundante en esta zona.

También tela de los invernaderos tradicionales en la agricultura, como protección solar natural y de bajo coste, que da uniformidad al conjunto.

On the beach, in one of the best tourist destinations in Europe, the plot of the project, located in the “Golf South” tourist resort, enjoys magnificent views towards the sea. The tourist development is designed adapted to the topography of the place.

The materials used are the traditional in the area, found in all banana tree plantations in the Southern Tenerife, tailored to the needs of the project. The walls between the apartments are made of yellowish porous rock from the volcanic ash, so abundant in this place.

The fabric used in greenhouses, so traditional in agriculture, is also used as low cost natural protection from the sun that gives uniformity to the whole.
